Africa

I personally loved his shoot. The black and white give the nature of wild animals more of a nicer touch. He managed to capture the way these wild animals behave very well.
This one is my favorite because it kind of shows the soft side of such a dangerous animal. The lion is more of a symbol of power and here he seems to let down his strength to this lioness.
I think this shows a good example of contrast in a different way. The color is the same but the sizes of the animals are very different. The lion looks down upon the lioness and is clearly bigger than her.

1. He uses a Pentax 67II with only two lenses.
2. Nick fell in love with the animals of East Africa and he knew the only way to express his love was through photography.
3. He wants to reveal the true personality of wild animals.
4. "You wouldn't take a portrait of a human being from a hundred feet away and expect to capture their spirit; you'd move in close."
